If you need a thoroughly dry brush, then you would take the time to wipe it on a towel. Bob often switches brushes to save a few seconds.

I don't understand the -wash the brush; beat it; and then use a clean dry brush. I'm watching! Bob uses -a clean dry brush-. Its the same one he just cleaned and beat. How can that brush be dry?!
