Autumn Splendor

I like this scenes Bob painted several times. I am not sure how to create the birch tree trunks with acrylics, using the knife did not really work. Maybe with a brush? Anyone has some experience?

No experience with acrylics, knife would be my first choice or else you might wanna try a small wave brush (nr. or less, depending on size of the tree) or a small (very) flat acrylic brush. The latter worked for me once! Good luck!

Thanks for the hints Voy Kay. I will try the suggestions.

I like the quiet still waters. Fan brush is excellent for making trees.
