Original Creation

Late autumn

Tom0779 20 Sep 2020

After some bird paintings I wanted to try something different. One the one hand this is a very loose wet on wet watercolor painting, but the tree, created with a fine liner, has very sharp edges and gives it some contrast. As usual this idea was found on YouTube. It is A4 sized cold pressed paper from Winsor and Newton. Only colors used are yellow ochre, sepia, ultramarine blue and burnt sienna. I re-uploaded this one as I wasn’t happy with the original photo.

Super detailed tree! You are pro not only with watercolors but with drawings as well!

Just great!! The tree stands out and that has a lot to do with some super detailed 'fine liner magic'!

So good! Great colors!

Excellent detail on the tree, the bark is outstanding and the branch shapes are excellent
