Original Creation

Winter evening

Tom0779 04 Nov 2020

Just in between very busy time in my job I can present one further picture I painted the last two days. It is an other line and wash A5 sized painting on cold pressed 100% cellulose paper from Winsor and Newton. As usual this has been done after a YouTube tutorial.
Not sure if time allows me to paint a lot in the next days, I try my best and hope you enjoy the creations.

Major creation Tom! 👍

Love that wintery scene with it's shy grasses and those sharp trees!
Eye catcher here is your porch with its shadows and decoration. The sparse bricks do everything for that housewall!!

Realy beautiful.

I just love how delicate everything looks. Beautiful trees!

I am most drawn to the fight light in the upstairs window. I am picturing a young girl curled up under a large blanket reading a book inside that room.

Oohh I'm picuring a girl there too now ...... sigh! 😂

That should have said "bright" light, not "fight" light. I blame it on not being able to sleep since three and listening to everyone in my hallway at work argue about the election without enough coffee in my system.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I wished I had more time to paint and I hope to be able to present more paintings soon.

I really like the brick work in this one. Hope you get some time to paint/relax soon. It is very annoying when the stress of work gets in the way of painting.

@Lilikins: yes you are right, it can harm you from producing good quality. On the other hand due to COVID a lot of people lost their jobs and I am happy that I have enough work so I don't need to fear that it happens to me too.
But there are always ups and downs, so it is ok. And I don't need to paint 10 pictures a week :)
