Colorful Highland Cow (Again)

25 Aug 2022

I just broke my own rule and painted the same thing twice LOL! I painted this (Michelle the painter tutorial) back in February after a couple of other 2" brush members had posted theirs. Well, I sold it and I kind of missed the little guy! (it was small 9x12). So this time I did him up in 16x20 big size!! And a little more white hair. This time in acrylics vs oils last time. And yes, I know his body is kind of "blending" with the background...he is in camouflage - on purpose. Not sure if it is kind of cool or floating head?? Oh well. He is super fun to paint if any one wants to give it a go!

Really nice painting Pam! He is indeed colorful!

Very nice Pam!

He's got so much character. Great painting.

Thanks a bunch everyone! As I painted him, he did turn into kind of a grumpy old man - but sweet on the inside. LOL. Maybe he just woke up and needs some coffee!

Looks like a girl i used to date!......Great job FGP

OMG Terry! lol, thanks!

So cute! I love highland cows and their shaggy coats :)

Thank you Lilikins!
