Can't upload paintings

Good morning folks.Im having trouble uploading paintings.Anyone had this issue n what to do to fix it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.Cheers.P

Hey Felix..somebimages will load but not my recent paintings..Just see that little thing that says imga..but no upload..tried different sizes..same issue?ty.P

Hi P, the only time I've had bother is if the pic is too big, try taking a screen shot and upload that. I was advised to do that once and it worked. Hope that helps. It might be just one of those glitch things that happens on websites sometimes.

Looks like the iPhone switched to a new format called HEIC for pics that isn't supported. I also wasn't able to view the picture you sent me via email.

To change your iPhone photos from the HEIC format to the universally accepted JPEG format for all future photos, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and select Most Compatible.
