Oh I love that Tony!!! Would you be willing to share your plans for it?

Thanks Joe. No plans really, just made it up as I went. All scrap wood. The magnet bars on the front and back are 18" (21" with brackets). The main board is a scrap piece of pine 5.5" X 25" X 3/4". The 2 feet are 2" X 3.5" x 3/4" but can be any size you want. The 2 posts on the ends are 2.5" X 15" X .25" thick poplar (only because that is what I found at Lowe's). I glued, then screwed all joints, and drilled holes (before assembly) in the posts to hold the non magnetic ferrule brushes. The Bob Ross pics I got from the Master Paint set boxtop and the brochure that was inside. Only thing I am looking for now is a plastic tray to put between the feet to catch any drips of thinner after cleaning, but I don't think that is really needed as the brushes are just damp after cleaning and 'beating the devil out of them' on the beater rack. If I was to build another one and felt the drip tray was important, I would get the tray ahead of time and adjust the dimensions of the rack to fit the tray. Most of the trays I have seen are about 1" - 1.5" high. My feet are only 3/4" high so I seem to be limited on what tray I can use. Again, not that I need one. Hope this helps.

If you right click on image and choose 'Open image in new tab' (in windows), you will see a much larger pic.

The use of a magnetic strip is fairly genius!

Ian_Adkins I saw the idea on Youtube. I agree that it is a great idea, but the credit belongs to someone else. The guy on youtube is 'Wild Creates'. He is definitely worth following for wet on wet painters.
