Hi - for those who don't know me, I TRY and raise funds for charitable UK Hospices who offer end-of-life care for terminally ill people, both adults and children.

Last year I was given permission by a lot of members of TwoInchBrush.com to copy some of their paintings and offer them to UK Hospices as fund raising items to help during the Covid pandemic. The work that was donated was really appreciated by the Hospices and generated a lot of interest. The website I use is my old business account - the business closed about 6 years ago when I retired. I would like to run the same exercise again and am looking for members who are willing to donate any of their work to use as fundraising items. I cannot offer anybody any payment as I provide them from my old website for the Hospices to download themselves and sell them to their supporters directly. There would be no additional work for you to do other than to reply to me giving your permission for me to use all or any specific paintings you have posted on here. You will not be giving away your ownership of the paintings, just permission for copies to be made as fundraising by the Hospices. I will download the, and work on them to give the best impression of your work, such as straightening some images of adding a bit more contract to allow for better viewing on the web.

I really do appreciate the contributions from you and the help you give to the hospices. The hospices are not businesses but are charities run on donations from the public. The vast majority of the are not-for-profit organisations that really care about helping keep terminally ill people as comfortable as is possible in the last days of their life when they are unable to look after themselves.

Folks, I have sent out another mailshot to the hospices as promised. One thing that has been pointed out is that the paintings we offer are mostly interesting to adults. As there are a huge number of children's hospices, we don't offer a lot that kids could keep on their bedside cabinets at home or in hospital.

Does anybody have any suitable work they could allow me to use for children in the age range of say, 5 years to 18 years? All contributions would be welcome.

Felix another event ok will watch for that in the future

Felix Hi Felix, that sounds like another enjoyable event! The problem is that most of the hospices have a long time cycle for doing their Christmas card publications, some as early as June. That is the reason I did the mailshot this month. I can always post any children's work on the website and let the Hospices download them as and when they want and need them, so Christmas may come early in more ways than one 8-). I really do appreciate the help that the members give me in raising funds and i would like to thank them all on behalf of the Hospces.

@Colin Hudson#2504 I am sorry some photos are of poor quality, I have better quality photos of paintings already in my profile I worked with photoshop. I cannot add other photos for Madonnina and Balance the files are too large.
