Hi - for those who don't know me, I TRY and raise funds for charitable UK Hospices who offer end-of-life care for terminally ill people, both adults and children.
Last year I was given permission by a lot of members of TwoInchBrush.com to copy some of their paintings and offer them to UK Hospices as fund raising items to help during the Covid pandemic. The work that was donated was really appreciated by the Hospices and generated a lot of interest. The website I use is my old business account - the business closed about 6 years ago when I retired. To see some of the original offerings please visit www.minerva-software.co.uk on either a PC or a mobile.
I would like to run the same exercise again and am looking for members who are willing to donate any of their work to use as fundraising items. I cannot offer anybody any payment as I provide them from my old website for the Hospices to download themselves and sell them to their supporters directly. There would be no additional work for you to do other than to reply to me giving your permission for me to use all or any specific paintings you have posted on here. You will not be giving away your ownership of the paintings, just permission for copies to be made as fundraising by the Hospices. I will download the, and work on them to give the best impression of your work, such as straightening some images of adding a bit more contract to allow for better viewing on the web.
I really do appreciate the contributions from you and the help you give to the hospices. The hospices are not businesses but are charities run on donations from the public. The vast majority of the are not-for-profit organisations that really care about helping keep terminally ill people as comfortable as is possible in the last days of their life when they are unable to look after themselves.
Thanks
Colin Hudson
