Splashes of Autumn

paintcrazy19 07 Jan 2022

I did Bob’s ‘splashes of autumn’ in acrylic paints liquitex basic red, yellow, blue, black and white to create my version.
I put it together to show my outline and plan as I saw it.
I didn’t create as Bob but I like it

I love it.
Awesome technique.
Really cool effects with the liquitex and especially the sky and background.
I think Bob would be proud cuz he seems to be all about people making their paintings their own and now being afraid to try something new.
It’s scary for me to just do that but over time its helped me find things that are helping me make my own style.

The first photo before adding blues and greens looks like it could be a finished painting of bushfire.

Thanks MichelActuel and OzFenric, it took me awhile to figure it out and make it work lots of dollar store canvas but I think I nailed it.
Been working on my style for my 1 show once Covid-19 is done
