Now this one I kind of understand being only done 6 times total. It’s an ok scene but definitely nothing spectacular. I did what I could to try and spruce it up but I can’t make miracles lol. And apparently this marks my 400th uploaded painting!

I think you show some pretty good depth from your light source. Form looks good and you have some good layering in the foreground. Your tree limbs and sticks look good, right shapes. Pretty good effort in my view. It seems I always have to do mine more than once.

Did you end up using liquid white for the bright spot in this like Bob did in the video, or did you just use titanium white on top of color on top of liquid clear like just about every other black canvas painting uses?
I used the titanium white over top the liquid clear/purplish color.
