Did this painting in 100 degree summer weather, hah! I used acrylic for the snow splatters, rather than watercolors (cheating?!). Accidentally went overboard on snow splatter on the right side, oops. Learned that less is more.

I really enjoy the depth and impact of the mountains, especially achieved with such minimalism. Nice job!

Thank you Dracula!!!

I love your watercolour renditions. So much of Bob's process revolves around the methodologies, and none of them will work for watercolour. :-) I think WC is harder to do well than oil, so bravo!

Thanks very much OzFenric!! I listen to Bob talking about painting theory concepts, like what makes something recede into the background, or where the light goes or whatever, and obviously ignore the methodologies that are oil-specific. I still get a lot out of it!! :) Thanks for the kind words.

Look great . Think black and white are great I do spray painting Has well has oil get better review on here with the black and white . Made a good job 👍
