This was my first painting in my life!!! I'm a disabled law enforcement officer (due to a line-of-duty injury) and can't afford oil paints and the brushes so I had to use acrylics and chip brushes. I also used an 8x10 canvas because I couldn't afford the bigger ones.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my first attempt though!! There WILL be many, many more!!!! I'm absolutely LOVING it!!!!❤️❤️

Hey B., you can also use canvasboards, they are not so expensive and take a look at the articles here in the forum, they can also help. 😎

Good Morning from Germany .it looks good for a first try, then also in acrylic. Practising and practising again, don't be afraid to make mistakes. Take individual parts (only trees, only mountains, etc.) and try to improve this. YouTube will help too. Many videos about technique and tricks😎🇩🇪
