A fun painting to try , deep in the woods. Had some trouble with the base of crimson, had to back in with more to get enough red collor.

I had the exact same issue with my crimson when I did this one. I also added more of it to get more of the reddish hue we were expecting to get. That color can be a surprise when we use it as a base.
