I thinned my sap green paint base with thinner and that was a huge mistake, it was dry before I started adding the background trees! The trees wouldn't blend because they didn't have anything to blend with. Definitely a learning painting. I also realized that I had put the middle ground trees too close to center, throwing off the composition, whoops :)
