I enjoyed the guest teacher and this scene. It’s nice to watch someone new paint and pick up on their techniques, in addition to learning from Mr. Ross. I mixed my sky too much and it turned out more grey than lavender but I now understand where I went wrong and want to try this one again someday.

Great work! Lavander skies are very rare. Grey ones are more natural! 😉 It enhances more the colors around since it is a neutral color. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you. It looks great the way it is.
this one deserves more love, this is so good! I was scrolling through your work and this immediately grabs my attention. Really nice job on the grass, and I think the sky works extremely well.
