I struggled with the wispy clouds that are supposed to create depth and push the mountains back.

The scale of the trees on the far side of the lake really gives a sense of monumentality to the mountains and overall depth to the painting. Great work!

I like the choppy arrangement of the your mountains, the ones at the back look razor sharp.

Thanks LandscapePainter! I swapped out Bob’s mountains for the Fitzroy massif in Patagonia. They are razor sharp!! Like huge mountain teeth.
