This is my third bob ross painting. Even though I enjoyed working on it, I feel it did not come out as I was expecting. Please could you guys tell if I could make it look better and what exactly is wrong with it. The hut specially did not come out good I know. It overall looks a childlike painting, I am open to all criticism. Thank you.

Not at all Chin, I think the very early episodes are not explained as well as the later ones as Bob gained experience as a presenter. Grandeur of Summer is a one hour special where Bob had more time to explain the technique so that might be a good one for you. Ocean Sunrise has been a very popular one to do and it doesn't look tricky. Generally, choose something you really like the look of as this encourages you to do well. And take your time, don't try to paint fast like Bob, just enjoy it. It's early days and you're doing great.

It's just practice Chin. Loading your brushes correctly and using the right amount of pressure on the canvas. Cabins can be tricky so you did better than you think. I would add a bit more detail to your footpath. I love how you did the fence.
