Not a very popular scene. The most difficult part was to get the trees on the mountains with already more layers of paint and all the branches doing with a too old and thick linerbrush. I lost myself in scratching all the sticks and twigs LOL. On canvaspanel of 30 x 24 cm.
This is lovely.
Looks great, Jos, lots to enjoy here. Agree with Helen re liner brushes. I gave up on BR natural bristles in favor of an inexpensive nylon #2 liner (Aspen/Princeton) and haven't looked back. The bristles stay together much better.
Thank you very much Helen, Rebecca and Jon for the comments and the linerbrush tips I will keep in mind!

Your mountain trees look great. Many of the early series are unpopular but its great when somebody comes along and does a good job like this. There's nothing worse than a tired liner brush. And don't replace it with BR one that turns out to be an online fake, they are rubbish as I found out when I bought 2 liners and 2 fans, all rubbish. I got a Daler liner from a local store, it's decent and good value for money.
