Avoided this one for a long time and had almost forgotten the existence of this scene, which I like but I found it too difficult; the risk of failure and losing motivation was too big. Today I gave it a try. Rocks are always a risk: the shapes and the highlight colors are very tricky, but I think I can live with this try. The yellow spot disappeared a bit, but I also don't like it too bright. At the end Bob tells first about the dark sienna at the bottom and when he is almost finished he tells that also indian yellow was used in the background color. There are some green bushes at the bottom, but these are hard too see on the picture. I did it on wallpaper of 30 x 40 cm.

This is a really nice painting. The water full and the rocks below are well done. I like the mountain in the distance as well. Great job!
