Very fun and challenging paint, I think I went a wee bit overboard though. Probably should have done something easier for third painting. But if I listened to what I should be doing I probably wouldn't be painting at all lol.

Yeah, I definitely went overboard on the waves. To be honest I was having fun and just kept on going. I should have used fewer for sure but was just enjoying myself too much. Now I try to take a step back more often to avoid doing that.
Thanks for the compliment on the cabin. This was my first painting with a building, luckily the cabin being connected, I think helps to mask the fact the right side of my lighthouse is wider than the left.

I agree, this one was definitely challenging. Waves are very difficult! What I found helpful was to break them up a bit more, instead of having them be uniform and go all the way across. I also tried to use varying levels of white as well as pulling them down and across (the bottom "curve" of the wave) in varying lengths. But overall this is fantastic! I really love your grass and your cabin is incredible with the tiny details.
