Mountain Lake

Your water is incredible! Looks like a photograph!

I like the way you did your mountains. They are somewhat subtle and do not monopolize your painting, but the viewer still knows they're there. The eye is drawn instead to your beautiful lake and surrounding colorful foliage and I like that in a painting. That being said, you painted your mountains beautifully. I'm sorry you had trouble with them, but your hard work paid off because they look amazing and natural. This is beautiful! I will be referring to your painting when I paint my own, I hope that's OK.
