I didn’t know how to flick the paint onto the canvas so the snow ended up as giant globs.

Doesn't Bob have trick for that? Lovely misty depth you created there!
I think he and most other people tap the paintbrush with paint in it against another brush to make splatters come out. I think using only liquid white for the snow would be best because when I’m not careful I actually make a lot of little splatters on the table when I’m covering the canvas with liquid white. 😆
