This is my third painting. I know where my mistakes were. My background is too dark which doesn't allow the trees to pop out and I applied too much blue when "glazing" the painting. Overall I'm happy with it and I learned some things.

Yes, background is dark, but it does not make the painting bad. It gives different feel of the dark or maybe even night-ish forest with moonlight coming through the brunches. I like you tiny highlights on the trees that also add to the mystery feel here.
