My first painting using contact paper. I really liked Voy's take on this, so I also used a diamond cutout.

I like the subtlety of the foreground and how it progresses to the purple mountain!
Thanks Voy Kay. Your version is definitely an inspiration. I'm gifting this painting, and have already had a couple requests for similar ones. The diamond shape definitely goes well for this this particular painting. Glad you got the Highlander reference. One of my favorites.
