This was a painting I managed to do in two parts, the sky and then the wave. The rocks were my most challenging part and I feel I need to work on my wave form and rocks, with light and shadow, to give texture and 3d.

Wow! The angle of this one is really awesome, feels like you’re right in the middle of it, almost with a little bit of a fisheye lens feel. Really eye-catching!
Honestly that pulls the eye away from the parts you’re more critical of anyway so I say that’s a win!
