I used acrylics because I hadn’t picked up oil paint yet. I enjoyed starting with the black canvas and the windmill was fun to create. I didn’t put in all of the support Xs because I thought I would mess it up. And I should have brought the windmill more forward for better perspective.

BeagleKnievel, I love this i paint in acrylic but I don't think I could do this. Maybe you you can do a video and but it up in the forum for us to see how to do in acrylic.
Paintcrazy- This was one of my first BR paintings and before I bought any oils. I don’t paint anything in acrylics anymore and have really no recollection of my process for this one! I’m glad you like the painting. Bob is a good teacher and I would just follow along and make adjustments using your knowledge and experience with acrylics!
