Tropical Seascape

Aimeekin 11 Oct 2020

This started out as an experiment using crayon, used wite out for the waves. Added a third tree, since you know how trees are. Then since the bottom of my page was blank I went in with pencils to add a cheeky cat that I know whose name is Bob and drew his “drawing supplies”

For the Tropical Seascapee I used Roseart crayons, not pastels, not even crayolas. I had a little trouble with the main part of the ocean, but I did like the crashing wave. I blended the wite out with my finger since the brush was all clumped. I had low expectations for this one but had a lot of fun adding whimsy.

I would encourage using crayons, it’s fun and less messy, made me rethink the order and how colors work together. Plus it’s Bob Ross so of course it worked out :)

Making it a painting in a painting is a great touch! Very creative

I love the creativity here! Cat is awesome! Crayons (sorry I have no knowledge about various pencils/pastels/etc) are so real!

A+ for creativity. Love it!

How creative!
