This is the first time in 2020 I've picked up the brushes. This was my first painting using a mask for the sun. I had some challenges with the liner brush. My branches didn't want to remain thin. I would also have liked to move the tree blocking the sun, just a bit to the right, but he wouldn't budge. To bring back some contrast I skipped the green and added highlights to the trees using the same yellows in the sky. I like that better. I enjoyed myself.
