This was my first Bob Ross painting and actually my first attempt at painting since middle school art class. XD So it’s not great but I would love to improve and I’m excited to follow more Bob Ross tutorials! I found the mountains particularly difficult because my palette knife is a different shape than the one he used, and I definitely pushed a little harder than “a little hair and some air”. I also found the clouds really difficult.

I think your sky is actually very good. What I do is I watch Bob's video several times before attempting it myself and I find that helps a lot. Don't worry about the knifework, you will get there in time.
