This was my first time using a black canvas. I was scared to go for it! The colors are so vibrant on it.

This is using oils and it’s still wet! They take so long to dry :)
Indeed they do, those trees are really fantastic, doubt if the same could be done in any other paint.

Did you do this in oils? (sorry it doesn't show me the type of paint). Also is it still wet or dry?
Your trees are divine, and you have those lovely shadows of the trunks across the grass and foliage.
I wonder what's in the distance though, where does the path so, what's back there...
