This painting was a challenge by a friend, and the first one I used my official Bob Ross brushes to make. Oh my god that blender brush is so soft! Anyway, decided as many before me thought that a castle would look great on that island, and honestly, what fits better than Pyke of the Iron Islands, home of the Greyjoys in Game of Thrones! Critics and suggestions welcome!

How do you like the brushes? I think it definitely makes getting certain affects much easier. Great creativity here and really like how you finished the waves hitting the sand

Mgiese84 Oh, I really really love them! I just couldn’t resist and placed an order for the rest of the line - I tried many brands and they are by far the best. If anything, the 2 inch is so dense that getting all the paint thinner out of them is a challenge. But really happy.
I agree with that 2". Great brush but I dread cleaning it, lol. I ended up getting a cheaper one for applying the gesso and initial layer of background colors.
