This one was difficult to do in acrylics because they dry so darn fast. I couldn't pick up as much crimson as I would have like and ended up mixing some of it on my brush with water to get some of the effect. This indeed was a crazy painting. 🤯

Good tip! I bet a long drying additive would help with a lot of backgrounds. I'll definitely have to try it out.
Hi LinzeePaints, i love your stuff i paint in acrylic too and yes its not easy but I have learned to adopt and yes Mgiese84 is right about long drying addative

I did that one in both acrylics and oils. And I agree very difficult to do in acrylics. If you want to try it again get yourself some long drying addative. That will definitely help.
