This one was fairly quick. I did the sky one night then came back the next and did the rest. I also wanted my trees to "break" the oval.

Ty. Yea the contact paper sticks so much better on these black canvases I buy (not sure why). Plus then I didn't have to paint the oval part 😀
When you did that in two different stages did you put your liquid clear only on the top half the first night and then put your liquid clear on the bottom half the second night?
Actually Pam I put the liquid clear on the entire canvas the first night. Once I was finished with the sky it was getting close to bedtime and I thought it was a good stopping point.

Oooh, very effective against the black!
