Painted on a 20 x 16 canvas. I did quite make the cliffs as in the original I even had to go back over with some dark color then light again to get the paint to break. I made this more of a river than a lake. I am happy how it turned out. I did have to go over the twigs after adding the varnish because some of the twigs broke and were just floating in air.

I used the half round brush on the bushes.. the bush on the far left originally had too much paint hence the big blots. Once I got enough paint off the brush by tapping an empty spot on the palette, then I got the better look of little leaves.
