This picture has been a saga of stops and starts, I had to leave it several times yesterday to supervise building work and was able to finally complete it this afternoon. The liquid white became absorbed into the paper ( I usually use oil painting paper but I’ve run out so I used acrylic paper under coated/ sized with gesso) the second range of mountains had to abandoned yesterday and re touched this morning. I’ve learned that nothing is beyond saving!
