I did the sky a bit differently to how Bob did it as I wasn’t sure about a green sky. I Feel like my sea maybe needs more detail or depth or something.

I actually feel like this looks like an evening scene and that could be a moon. I agree about adding darker color to the water to create the depth you are referring to. Like the color you have a little bit at the horizon. Carry that very dark into most of the water and then add a few highlight areas. Highlights in the water where the moon would shine.
