Citi Field at Sunset Memories of Dad

Ajcus 14 Sep 2020

I chose to paint Citi Field after my Dad passed away in July. We sat in this section of the stadium the last time we went to a game with him. Iā€™m the foreground, my brothers and I are seated with Dad (wearing his number 12). First time ever painting a stadium.

Wow, you did a great job. What a wonderful tribute to the memory of your father. You should be proud!

This is an amazing painting,Great work very nice!

Wonderful tribute to your dad and beautiful work

What an amazing painting! Your story brought tears to my eyes. I learned to play my Mom's favorite song on the piano when she passed, and played it at her Celebration of Life (I had never played the piano before). I wish back then, I had started painting as well, because there would have been lots of butterflies decorating the hall where we had her CoL. What a wonderful tribute to your dad!

Fantastic painting and a beautiful way to capture this memory.

Thank you everyone. Took about 4-7 days a few hours per day at least.
