This is a copy of a painting by Paul Kratter, Under the Sycamores. It is painted in acrylics on artist paper. I am thinking that I might repeat it in oils to see which I prefer.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I have been experimenting with a 'rougher' style, like you mentioned Titia and trying to develop a style that suits me. There are so many possibilities!
I love this painting Barbara! Those trees are incredibly beautiful! The highlights and shadowing are to a “T”. Love the grass in your foreground! Can’t wait to see how it will look like with oils!
