This is an acrylic painting from a photograph taken in South America back in the 80’s at some point in my life, Although when I was finished it reminded me of a set of falls from Viet nam. Regardless, I thought it was beautiful and wanted to try and recreate it so, here it is. I made the mountains in the background even more in the background with a whitewash, three coats to get them as far back as I wanted them to be. It’s a technique I have wanted to use but never had the chance before. Comments are welcome and, thank you for looking at my painting.
