This painting and color scheme reminds me my first plein air painting. It was Conroe lake in Houston.
Greens are a challenge, aren’t they? Only few years later I got to know that green can be mixed with entire rainbow to get realistic green for summer paintings. I use phtalo green as base color and mix to my liking with all the different colors.
