This painting calls for liquid black on the bottom half which is a bit different than Iβm used to using. I usually use black gesso. But all in all I think I like the effect.
Youβre rocks are spectacular, how did you do them especially the little round ones?
The water going over the rocks is wonderful
I used Van Dyke Brown, then with other less thinner to an inky consistency then use the Filbert brush and coded both sides then ran one side through liquid white and sienna make sure the white side is up when you make the rounded rocks
