I like the sky and water. Do I risk painting in the boat and possible ruing the whole thing? I am not good at detail.
I’m with Dirk maybe small/few details on the boat in maybe a dark grey or a little lite vand brown, looks good though 😁
Maybe let it dry and then add the color then you can rest your hand on the canvas?

Beautiful Cold. What do you want the focus of the painting to be? At this point the eye is drawn to the sky. If you want the viewer to see the boat, it will need details.
I love it the way it is because I am drawn to the beautiful sky! Really super either way!
