I used Bob’s wet on wet technique for the sky but that was all. That allowed me to sketch the barn onto a dry canvas. I think that this is my favorite painting that I have done now.

Nice job all around. Barn turned out particularly nice. Another trick is you could always paint your barn in like a black or van dyke acrylic and then use Bob's technique once it's dry.

Very nice! You achieved some good distance. I agree with Matt that your barn is quite good! Love the detail of the hay in the loft and inside the doors.
