Original Creation

Sunset Beach

Second attempt at a seascape. Liquid white for the sky and liquid clear for the ocean and everything else. So far I'm not a fan of liquid clear, maybe I need to thin it?

It’s very easy to use too much LC. When Bob says to use very little he means it. I have begun wiping down the canvas with a clean soft rag or paper towel as Bob suggested to remove as much as I possibly can and have gotten good results.

Cronenberg's advice is a very correct one!
Too much or thinned liquid clear will ruin your creation. The paint will slide downwards so you have to make certain only a very thin layer is used!

Look here an example of too much LC on a canvas:

thanks you guys, I will try different application techniques (foam brush maybe) as well to get an even, thin coat
