After a long time, I found time today to finally paint something. I found this painting on the net under BA Originals, unfortunately without title. It is supposed to be from 1986. If you know the name, let me know.
I thought that of course it fits perfectly in my small series of Bill's island paintings and since I only had the photo I just got started. And I can say that it was really fun after such a long time.
I tried to capture the character of the original but also to bring in my own handwriting and adapted small things to my taste. For comparison, you have the original below.
