Saw this in a catalog and decided to reproduce it for some dear friends who lost their son two years ago. Touching. and I hope I did it justice. Used a red and black Sharpie to do the writing since it was way too difficult to use even a Script liner brush and oil. Done on an 11"x14" canvas.

Thank you all. So sorry for your husband's loss Nancy. I don't believe there is any greater grief than to lose a child. Even if I am 100 and they are 80, they are still our child. Praying for his comfort and peace in his sorrow.
