Thanks Voy. Interesting observation about the sharpness of the mountains. I looked back and you’re right. I was trying to figure why and first thought is may be the background colors which could be part of it. I then remembered I was having trouble forming the mountains with the knife as I painted this one on a panel. I ended up using a small brush to give shape to the mountains and perhaps I should from here on. The grass was the easiest part using the small Ross fan brush. I made an effort to not leave any of the corn row effect the fan can produce while varying the shades of green. Thanks for pointing this out!
Dear FVG, I am so happy you second my idea since I'd discovered the trick with the small brush just ten days ago! It works SO MUCH better!!
