Wanted to have a go at this Bill Alexander painting, in which he uses violet / blue for the skies and water. As I am still getting used to my paint and equipment, I decided to stay with a blue/ black mix.
Enjoyed attempting the clouds and managed to get my hills to look a bit more natural with snow highlights. The mountain reflections are far too big/long, but I will paint this again, building on what I have learnt this time.
