Thanks so much Nancy! I sometimes struggle between feeling I should motivate myself to paint more themes I am uncomfortable with (for now) and simply wanting to paint the stuff I have most fun with and which works well for me
Well, I am all about exploring and getting out of the comfort zone. But you can do this by I integrating new elements in your paintings that are totally new to you. You don’t have to go to a complete foreign territory. That’s how you can challenge yourself, getting out a little bit of your comfort zone and keep evolving as an artist. What do you think?
Yes thats how I try to go about it actually 😄 That's why most of my cabin attempts happen in wintery scenes hahaha
