The Northern lights provide their own Christmas light show for the eager pines in Alaska. Based on a photo taken by a friend who flies Apache helicopters into remote parts of the state.

Love this! Any tips on how you go such a wonderful blue sky? Did you use blue acrylics before putting in the lights?
Sure, @fanatic.productions ! I used a black canvas, used a transparent blue, then used white to bring some of it out. I then let that completely dry (took a couple days). I then covered the canvas in liquid clear after it was dry and proceeded to do the rest of the painting 😁
